Steven is an ex-Tesla manufacturing AI expert with extensive experience leading digital transformation in high-volume manufacturing. At Tesla, he was a key contributor to the launch, ramp-up, and optimization of the Shanghai Gigafactory, where he built and led a cross-functional team from 0 to 20+ members. Steven holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt (Germany) and has worked across leading manufacturing enterprises in the United States, Germany, and China, bringing a truly global perspective to smart factory innovation.
Jeff is an ex-Tesla manufacturing AI engineer with over 10 years of experience in smart manufacturing and automation across multiple industries. Before founding IndustrialMind.ai, Jeff led AI-driven production optimization projects at Tesla and General Motors (GM), focusing on predictive analytics, intelligent process control, and digital transformation of advanced manufacturing lines. He is an expert in next-generation manufacturing technologies such as Gigacasting, with extensive experience driving AI implementation from pilot to full-scale production.
Justin is an ex-Tesla commercialization and operations expert with deep expertise in scaling teams and business operations. At Tesla, he managed a 200+ person sales and operations organization overseeing over $1B in annual revenue, and played a key role in building go-to-market systems for disruptive innovation products. He brings a strategic background from the Berkeley Haas MBA program and bridges product, growth, and strategic execution across the company’s global markets.
