This hybrid business + technical position bridges customer needs with our engineering roadmap. You’ll shape solution blueprints, close pilot deals, and ensure successful roll-outs.
Architecture & scoping: Map client pain points to our AI modules; draft Statements of Work.
Prototype & deploy: Configure Python pipelines, craft LLM/VLM prompts, manage databases/SQL dashboards.
Productization: Package pilot code into repeatable apps and internal templates.
Go-to-market: Conduct market sizing, competitor scans, and help craft pricing decks.
Customer success: Prepare documentation, training kits, and commercial contracts.
Degree in engineering or CS plus hands-on AI / data / MES / ERP exposure.
3+ years in automotive, electronics, machinery, or related manufacturing verticals (new grads with exceptional internship or project experience considered).
Comfortable coding quick proofs-of-concept in Python; bonus for low-code / no-code experience.
Willing to travel up to 40 % for plant visits.
Multilingual fluency is a plus (German or a SE-Asian language strongly preferred).
