As a Founding Machine-Learning Engineer you’ll own end-to-end development of AI products deployed on the shop floor—from architecture to customer rollout.
Solution design: Architect industrial-grade AI workflows (LLMs, agents, data warehouse, knowledge graph).
Model work: Train and fine-tune multimodal models (vision + language) and classical ML models for time-series data.
Deployment: Lead on-site implementation, testing, and monitoring in client factories.
Exploration: Research next-gen AI applications for yield, quality, and root-cause analytics.
Enablement: Produce technical docs and run workshops for both customers and teammates.
Degree in ME, EE, CS—or equivalent real-world experience.
Fluency in Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch, plus hands-on GenAI tooling.
Practical exposure to factory operations or manufacturing data.
Start-up mindset: bias for action, ownership, cross-cultural collaboration.
New grads with strong projects are welcome.
