Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design processes—from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI and usability testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into seamless, user-centric designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on data and insights.
- Present design concepts clearly and advocate for UX best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in UI/UX, interaction design, and accessibility.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product/UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or consumer tech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, user flows, and visual design (please include a link).
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma preferred).
- Experience with user research, prototyping (Framer, ProtoPie, etc.), and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment (experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Nice to Have:
- Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
- Basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS, React).
- Experience with A/B testing or data-driven design.
